Blast Resistant Modules:

X-treme has developed an innovative design for a blast resistant building (BRM) for personnel occupancy and use. XEG BRMs are capable of withstanding an external thermal blast in excess of 8 PSI conforming to the requirements of API Recommended Practice 753.

Made of heavy gauge steel, these units can be used from applications as simple as lunch room/offices to onsite analytical laboratories and special process applications. Also, they can be situated within the most restricted and classified of sites. The BRM’s can be accessorized with HVAC, shutoff dampers, Emergency Showers, Workstations, Laboratory Fume Hoods, Cabinetry, Lighting and Hot & Cold Water.

Pressure Test Enclosures:

Designed for testing equipment up to 15,000 psi with equipment rated up to 20,000 psi. Includes isolated operators cubicle, designed for maximum protection of employees.
Portable and self-contained X-treme PTE’s require only water and power connections.
Autoclave Equipment certified - 20,000 psi. Gantry Crane & Hoist - tested to 4000 lbs. Independent third party certification.

Climate controlled facilities

XEG developed a facility that can be located in the most restricted and classified sites, to provide employee protection from the harshest weather conditions, thus reducing downtime and increasing productivity. They offer modular relocation, meeting the building codes and compliancy with the highest engineering standards of employee safety.
